The Budapest Symphony Orchestra and Blue Danube Musikimpresario present their Spring Concert on April 27, 2025 in the Stunningly Beautiful Ceremonial Hall of the Pesti Vigado overlooking the Danube.
During the evening, in addition to works by Beethoven and Ravel, Natalie's Suite by Australian composer Mark John McEncroe, Franck Dansaert's 6th Symphony, and Indian composer, Ganesh B. Kumar's "RISE" Symphony No.1 in D minor, will be performed. The evening's piano soloist is Kristina Moditch, and the conductor is the Italian-American Anthony Armore, currently residing in Vienna.
The concert was performed by the internationally recognised ensemble Budapest Symphony Orchestra, with conductor Anthony Armore, an Italian-American currently living in Vienna.
Formed in 1992 from members of Hungary's best symphonic orchestras, The Budapest Symphony Orchestra is an internationally recognized ensemble which has recorded numerous film scores, classical and pop music albums, and is a regular performer in Hungary's music scene, playing at venues such as the Vigadó, the Academy of Music, Müpa, and the BMC. The orchestra's unique musicality and versatility truly set it apart.
